Our BME program is managed by two executive committees, with the following roles and responsibilities:
A. The Interdepartmental Faculty Committee (IFC)
The members of the IFC are appointed by the boards and the general assemblies of the of the program’s co-founding academic institutions for a two-year term. Our program’s IFC has nine members: seven faculty members and two students. The IFC has the following (indicative) responsibilities:

B.The Managing Faculty Committee (MFC)
The program’s MFC is responsible for the day-to-day operations and coordination. It is composed of faculty members that belong to the partner Departments and Research Institutes. They are elected by the IFC for a two-year term. The BME program’s director chair’s the MFC committee
